Anti-idiotype antibodies

Essange Reagents offers several anti-idiotype antibodies.

Anti-idiotype antibodies are specialized antibodies that specifically target the unique antigen-binding sites of other antibodies. These reagents are powerful tools in immunology and are invaluable in research.

In the last decades, the use of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies has increased enormously. Anti-idiotype antibodies towards these therapeutic antibodies can be used in assays to study anti-drug antibodies or the pharmacokinetics of the drug. Our anti-idiotype antibodies were generated by a robust immune response in rabbits. High-affinity monoclonal antibodies were produced recombinantly.

All of our products have been evaluated in ELISA, other techniques need to be validated by the user. It is recommended to test the antibody by titration of the product in the used technique, using appropriate negative/positive controls. These products have been developed for research use only.
