IMMAGE Plus kit - CE IVD

Essange Reagents offers human IgG subclass Plus kit for application on IMMAGE and IMMAGE 800 systems (Beckman Coulter). It has been designed for fast, reproducible and specific quantification of human IgG subclasses (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4). The product number of the kit is M1895.

Principle

The nephelometric determinations of IgG1 and IgG2 in serum are based on the specific reactions with monospecific, highly avid anti-IgG subclass antisera.
The turbidimetric determinations of IgG3 and IgG4 in serum are based on the specific reaction with a latex reagent coated with the monospecific, highly avid anti-IgG subclass antibodies for greater analytical sensitivity.

Content of the kit

The human IgG subclass Plus kit contains sufficient reagents to measure each of the 4 human subclasses in 50 tests, including calibrators and controls.

Calibrator values

The IgG subclass levels in the calibrators were determined using the ERM-DA470 as calibrator. The assigned values are 6.210 g/L for IgG1, 3.450 g/L for IgG2, 0.390 g/L for IgG3 and 0.591 g/L for IgG4 and are derived from WHO 67/97.
