Test principle and procedure

The unique concept of the PeliKine compact kit provides excellent performance at an attractive price.

HPE (High Performance ELISA) dilution buffer ensures linear dose-reponse curves in different matrices. High sensitivities are achieved by using poly-HRP (a polymer of HRP conjugated to streptavidin). Both HPE-buffer and poly-HRP are also available separately.

The compact human cytokine ELISA kit provide all essential components for 288 tests with the exception of buffers and enzyme-substrates, which are commonly used in research laboratories.

For even more convenience these additional buffers are available as PeliKine tool set (M1980). After overnight coating the assay is completed in 4 hours. The optimised and easy-to-follow IFU that is included in all kits warrants reliable assay results.
